Since 1980, we have delivered medical, nutritional, and behavioral health services across Dade, Walker, Catoosa, and Chattooga counties.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at PHC, you will play a crucial role in advancing health equity by providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. This full-time position is based in one of our established school-based primary care clinics, offering a unique opportunity to serve children, adolescents, and families in an accessible, community-oriented setting.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed in Georgia as a Family Nurse Practitioner

Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting

Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all backgrounds

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting

Willingness to occasionally provide care at other PHC locations as needed
