Family Nurse Practitioner

Join an established community health center in Dawsonville, GA. FQHC full-service community health, includes primary care, behavioral health, dentistry.

Outpatient clinic (Monday - Thursday, and 1/2 day on Fridays), no evenings, no weekends. On call (phone consults) rotation schedule (every 6-7 weeks/annually). Support a imderserved community. See all ages. Asess patient with history taking, physical examination and diagnosis of health development problems. See patients of all ages for preventative and chronic care management. Provide community outreach activities by educational and/or screening sessions. eClinical EMR.

Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency a plus!

Requirements:

• BC-Family Medicine
• 3 years experience preferred
• GA license, or eligible
