    Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Family Law Paralegal to support our legal team in managing cases, drafting documents, coordinating schedules, and assisting with client communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with legal technology. Ideal candidates will have experience in family law and a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality client support. Qualifications: • 3 years of experience working under an attorney in a family law firm • Bachelor’s degree. • Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program (Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies). • Legal research and legal writing skills. • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters. • Strong time-management and organizational abilities. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client interactions professionally. Compensation: $27 to $35 plus benefits

    • Manage scheduling for court dates, client meetings, mediations, and deadlines. • Assist attorneys by organizing case files and documents for court and meetings. • Support family law litigation through research, drafting, and discovery preparation. • Open cases, process court documents, and prepare discovery summaries. • Handle client communications with professionalism, including calls and de-escalation. • Utilize Mac, Google Suite, MyCase, and other tools for case management.
