Position Summary: We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Doctors, and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine to join our growing family practice. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality primary care services. This role will involve managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric patients in a family practice setting.
Perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging.
Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens in compliance with DEA and state regulations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
Qualifications:
NP/PA Candidates: Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with a valid license to practice as an NP or PA in the state.
MD/DO Candidates: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with an active state medical license.
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
Certification: Board certification in family practice or primary care specialty.
DEA License: Required for prescribing controlled substances.
