About your role:

Our Clinical Director plays a vital leadership role within the region, providing staff supervision, case assignment and oversight, employee training, and client clinical assessments. Working alongside the Regional Director, you will monitor programs, policies, procedures and practices in keeping with FPS and contract and Licensure requirements. This role participates in administrative, supervisory, staff and team meetings and educates the community on our services as needed.

Do the following apply to you:

LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMFT licensure in Virginia, with ability to provide supervision preferred

Mental Health agency leadership experience

Direct clinical experience within the mental health field, 5 or more years preferred
