Mon. - Thurs 8:30am - 5:00pm
Friday 8:30am - 4pm

Sales Activities
Prospects to build relationships with referral partners (mortgage lenders, real estate agents, small businesses, etc)
Makes proactive outbound calls and receive inbound calls to quote and bind auto, home, life and small business insurance.
Meet and follow up with new client prospects.
Listen to client needs and educate about options.
Present insurance package recommendations.
Utilizes social media to engage prospects, and educate on various insurance topics regularly Utilize internal marketing sources.
Co-ordinates with marketing team
Follow up with clients to complete post-sale processes.
Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written.
Cross-sell while assisting current clients.
Tracks and presents individual activity and production goals.
Attends scheduled team meetings.
Holds themselves and team members accountable.
Participates in community events
