Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents and their families, tailoring approaches to each unique situation.
- Manage a client caseload, creating personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Lead group therapy sessions in a safe, inclusive space for sharing, learning, and healing.
- Facilitate the Parent Support Program , including weekly calls and planning parent-centered events.
- Conduct therapy sessions in Spanish, offering culturally responsive care.
- Provide education and tools to families for improving communication and fostering emotional growth.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver well-rounded, effective care.
What You Bring to the Table
- Licensed Professional: Active Florida license (LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in good standing.
- Bilingual Expertise: Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to conduct therapy and documentation in Spanish.
- Proven Experience: A solid track record of working with adolescents and families, including leading therapy groups.
- Trauma-Informed Practice: Strong knowledge of systemic approaches and trauma-informed care.
- Engaging Presence: Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Flexible Schedule & Competitive Compensation
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:30 PM.
- Part-Time: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM–8:00 PM.
- Compensation: Based on your availability, education, and experience (1099 contract).
