Job Description
Orientation/Training and Production are onsite in Mcclellan, CA; Candidates should live close enough to reliably commute to 5012 Dudley Blvd Mcclellan CA 95652 (located within Sacramento County)
Training/Nesting: Onsite
Training schedule: 3 weeks, 8:00am-4:30pm Pacific, Monday-Friday
Nesting schedule: 1 week, 8:00am-4:30pm Pacific, Monday-Friday
Production: Onsite
Production schedules/HOOPs: a shift between the hours of: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm Pacific and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm Pacific
Agents will be scheduled to work every other Saturday, and on those weeks that they are scheduled for Saturday, their regular schedules will be 37 hours. There will be extra hours that they can pick up during the week if they want to make up those missing hours to get to 40 (or above 40 if OT is available that week)
Option to work from home after successful completion of training + introduction to call handling. Typically 8 weeks total onsite, then CSR’s are approved to work from home once minimum performance requirements are met (quality, call time, schedule adherence and attendance).

Job description: Customer Service Representatives will handle service and information requests, billing explanations, cost savings advice, and explain company policies and procedures along with terms and conditions.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months call center experience or at least 1 year of customer service experience Knowledge of computer (pc) and internet applications Excellent telephone tact and diplomacy Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with supervisors, peers, and customers Proficiency in keyboarding/data entry Exceptional oral and written communication skills demonstrated by use of correct grammar and terminology Time management skills (dependable, accurate, and detail oriented) Successful completion of background check which may include credit Ability to work the hours of operations as shifts will be assigned at the end of training
Ability to attend 100% of the required weeks of training
