Job Description
The Business Insights Consultant works with Fortune 500 clients to roll out Customer Experience Management solutions to uncover actionable qualitative and quantitative data driven insights. Sources of data includes Surveys, Call Center recordings, Chats, Emails, Social Media, and Website Ratings and Reviews.
You will be part of a highly collaborative team in a flat consulting organization. You will play a key role in all projects exploring the factors or touch points that shape customer experience for each business and assist in building categorization models, tuning sentiment and analyzing data to summarize actionable insights.
We are looking for individuals with strong command of the English language who also have great business skills and the ability to understand business objectives. We will train you on how to effectively use various cutting edge Cloud, Big Data and Visualization technologies to drive value for customers. No programming skills required but it is expected that you have great Quantitative, Problem Solving and Analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver end-to end projects including gathering of business requirements, establishing business needs, applying customer experience management best practices and strategies, performing insights analysis and providing ongoing support, insight and direction to clients.
Work with clients to develop Customer Experience strategies, define and document stakeholders business requirements and build and maintain categorization models based on best practices that will be taught to you
Perform basic and advanced sentiment tuning for diverse sources of qualitative data
Consult with clients to design, define, and modify insights analysis studies leveraging their qualitative and quantitative data. Implement the studies, provide insight findings, and collaborate with our clients to identify insights driven business recommendations.
Incorporate advanced analytics data analysis techniques into customer insights and properly package business insights and findings for customer consumption
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline
0-3 years of professional work experience
Strong focus on qualitative and quantitative data analysis including statistical techniques, general data analysis and trend analysis among others
Strong communication skills in American English including written, analytical and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and willingness to help out wherever he/she is needed
Ability to problem solve creatively and eager to learn new things
Expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
BONUS SKILLS:
Experience with one or more Business Intelligence and Data Mining Tools (Qualtrics, SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos, SAS, SPSS, Rapidminer, R, Minitab, STATA)
Experience with statistical modeling and advanced statistics including descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive techniques
Experience with Customer Experience or Speech Analytics tools like Clarabridge, Medallia, Qualtrics, Nice, etc.
