    Job Description

    Embark on a dynamic role as a Guest Service Agent, where your passion for hospitality and impeccable customer service will shine. As the welcoming face of our establishment, you will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay, providing personalized assistance and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

    • Prepare guest documentation including itineraries, welcome letters, and waivers to facilitate smooth check-in/out processes
    • Answer and direct phone calls according to company protocols
    • Document guest preferences in the Opera system and communicate them to relevant departments
    • Guide guests around the property and arrange on-site transportation when needed
    • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
    • Process billing accurately following Front Desk procedures
    • Document irregularities in the departmental logbook and alert management as appropriate
    • Serve as a property ambassador by providing information about reservations, amenities, local attractions, spa services, and dining options
    • Maintain an organized Front Desk area with all necessary materials readily available
    • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Wildflower Farms facilities to effectively promote services to guests
    • Ensure adequate cash is available for transactions throughout shifts
    • Build collaborative relationships within the Front Office and understand the operations of all hotel departments

    Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum one year of experience in a hotel, resort, or private club environment
    • Professional demeanor and appearance with strong teamwork abilities in fast-paced settings
    • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
    • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact patiently and diplomatically with guests
    • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure during busy periods
