Responsibilities: • Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals • Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business • Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building • Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals • Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Successful completion of a background check is required • Strong leadership and communications skills are a must • Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired • Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
