    Key Responsibilites:

    • Sales and Marketing: Generate leads, prospect new clients, and effectively marked insurance products and services to meet sales goals.
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized insurance solutions.
    • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and the local community to expand your client base and grow your business

    Qualifications:

    • Entrepeneurial Spirit: Self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales and business development.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
    • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience including marketing, prospecting and lead generation is preferred
    • Insurance Licenses: Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred but we will guide and train the right candidate through the process of obtaining these licenses.
    • Financially savvy and responsible

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus following full time appointment with Farmers Insurance Retail Program
