    Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Insurance sales agent to join our team in Centennial, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. We foster long-term client relationships by providing personalized, attentive service and tailored insurance solutions, Ensuring a warm and supportive experience that goes beyond mere transactions.

    Compensation:

    Base salary + commission (Total 60,000 to 80,000)

    Bonus opportunities (Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance)

    Responsibilities:

    Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed required.

    1 year of phone sales experience required.

    Must be able to pass a background check.

    Meet monthly sales goals set by the agent.

    Provide exceptional customer support to clients and prospects through regular communication and proactive service.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members.

    Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients.

    Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

    Work well in a fast-paced environment.

    Life and Health licensing is a plus.

    Qualifications:

    Must be licensed to sell insurance in the state of Colorado or willing to obtain licenses.

    Ambitious mindset with a passion for sales and customer service

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members.

    Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
