We need a food service professional with leadership skills to be the next assistant manager for our quick service restaurant. The assistant manager is in charge of ordering kitchen supplies and equipment and keeping track of team schedules and costs so that our daily operations run smoothly and profitably. In addition to managing each employee's tasks, they also must hire and train all new team members. Ideally, you should be knowledgeable about restaurant operations and have a firm grasp of what represents excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Successful applicants will be able to lower operating costs, make it easier to keep employees, and give customers an excellent food experience. Apply right away if this describes you! Responsibilities: • Review relevant food handling safety regulations to ensure that you and your team are following them • Manage the day-to-day activities of the restaurant and keep the space looking neat and clean • Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing quick service for all restaurant customers • Produce regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Provide operation and shift schedules for all team members Qualifications: • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • We require some experience working in the food service industry • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills Compensation: 14 - 18 hourly
