Responsibilities: • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs • Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position • Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner • Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more • Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner Qualifications: • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career • Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience • Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful • Sales experience necessary • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings
