Upon meeting program requirements, you will progress to a management role as an Associate Partner. As an Associate Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting and mentoring a team of financial professionals. Additionally, you will participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, a rigorous six-month initiative designed to prepare you for managerial success. Eligibility Criteria: Completion of an MBA within the last 24 months Previous experience in management or as a business owner Desired Qualifications: Possession of a Life and Health License FINRA registrations; Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 Previous sales experience Why New York Life? Responsibilities: • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize investment returns and manage risks in alignment with New York Life's objectives and regulatory standards. • Supervise the budgeting procedures, financial forecasting, and performance assessments to ensure efficient fiscal management and boost profitability. • Offer expert financial counsel and direction to senior management, presenting insights on capital allocation, investment prospects, and methods for reducing costs. • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, to ensure adherence to transparency regulations. • Manage a team of financial analysts and professionals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving departmental goals and supporting organizational expansion. Qualifications: • To be eligible for the Fast Track Management Program in Bethesda, MD, US, candidates should have completed an MBA within the past 24 months. • Candidates with previous management experience or who have owned a business can also fulfill the program requirements. • While not mandatory, holding a Life and Health License is beneficial for applicants. • Preferred qualifications include having FINRA registrations such as Series 6 or 7 and Series 63. • Previous sales experience is viewed positively in the application process.
