Responsibilities: Financial professional/Management/PartnerRecruiting and Developing Financial Professionals. • Help Financial professionals enrich their clients to achieve their long-term financial goals. • Offer clients comprehensive financial planning services and sophisticated investment programs. • Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals. • Your continued success and achievement in this role will allow you to work toward promotions to increasingly senior levels of management. Be supported by specialized teams with the flexibility to deliver customized plans to help your clients make complex financial decisions. Advanced training, additional licensing, and professional designations allow you to continuously grow your suite of offerings and practice. Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals. • Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner. • Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements. • Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position. • Build a team of financial professionals and Financial Advisors. • Top-notch training and development. Qualifications: • Seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual interested in a challenging and fulfilling career opportunity. • Previous experience in sales is a must-have. • Being fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages would be beneficial. • Familiarity with cultural markets is a plus. • Expertise in insurance, finance, or related fields is essential. • Should have an interest in recruiting and nurturing new talent. Compensation: $100,000 - $185,000 at plan
