By enrolling in the Fast Track Management Program, you will commence your career as a financial professional, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Upon meeting program requirements, you will progress into a management position as an Associate Partner. As an Associate Partner, your responsibilities will include recruiting and mentoring a team of financial professionals. You will also participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, a rigorous six-month initiative aimed at preparing you for managerial success. Eligibility Criteria: • Completion of an MBA within the last 24 months • Previous experience in management or as a business owner Preferred Qualifications: • Life and Health License • FINRA registrations; Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 • Previous sales experience Why New York Life? Securities are offered exclusively by duly licensed Registered Representatives of NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC) Responsibilities: • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize investment returns and manage risks in alignment with New York Life's objectives and regulatory standards. • Supervise budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient fiscal management and boost profitability effectively. • Offer expert financial advice and counsel to senior management, providing insights on capital allocation, investment prospects, and strategies for cost reduction. • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, to ensure adherence to transparency guidelines. • Lead a team of financial analysts and professionals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving departmental objectives and supporting organizational growth. Qualifications: • To be eligible for the Fast Track Management Program in Bethesda, MD, US, you must have completed an MBA within the last 24 months. • Alternatively, you can qualify for the program with prior experience in management or as a business owner. • While not mandatory for application, preferred qualifications include holding a Life and Health License. • It is also beneficial to have FINRA registrations such as Series 6 or 7 and Series 63. • Previous sales experience is an additional advantage for applicants.
