Upon meeting program criteria, you will advance to a management role as an Associate Partner. As an Associate Partner, your duties will involve recruiting and guiding a team of financial professionals. Moreover, you will partake in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month initiative aimed at preparing you for managerial success. Securities are exclusively offered by duly licensed Registered Representatives of NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC) Responsibilities: • Develop and execute financial strategies aimed at maximizing investment returns and managing risks in alignment with New York Life's goals and regulatory requirements. • Oversee the budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and performance evaluations to ensure effective fiscal management and enhance profitability. • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to senior management, offering insights on capital allocation, investment opportunities, and strategies for cost savings. • Establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with transparency standards. • Lead a team of financial analysts and professionals, cultivating a collaborative environment focused on achieving departmental objectives and supporting organizational growth. Qualifications: • To qualify for the Fast Track Management Program in Bethesda, MD, US, candidates must have completed an MBA within the last 24 months. • Candidates can also meet the program requirements by having prior experience in management or as a business owner. • While not obligatory for application, it is advantageous to hold a Life and Health License. • Preferred qualifications include possessing FINRA registrations like Series 6 or 7 and Series 63. • Previous sales experience is considered a plus for applicants.
