In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you will commence as a financial professional, mastering the art of selling our products, cultivating client relationships, and fulfilling specific benchmarks before transitioning into a managerial position. Following this, you will undergo an intensive six-month training regimen meticulously crafted to prepare you for success as a manager. This experience will enable you to grasp the intricacies of recruiting and mentoring others towards achieving their goals. Offerings Phase 1: Hands-on Experience as a Financial Professional Gain firsthand insight into the responsibilities and daily operations of a financial professional by working in this capacity during your initial year with New York Life. We will provide you with extensive training, access to cutting-edge digital tools, and an extensive product portfolio. Training and Resources Receive top-tier training to develop an understanding and appreciation for the value and strength of New York Life. Additionally, access resources essential for your day-to-day success, including expert support and a suite of digital tools for sales, prospecting, and marketing across web, social, and email platforms. Product Solutions Acquire knowledge about our diverse range of products and services designed to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives. New York Life, alongside its subsidiaries, offers competitive insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products like mutual funds through our broker-dealer, NYLIFE Securities LLC. Phase 2: Transition to Associate Partner Upon meeting specific criteria during your initial 12 months as a financial professional, you will progress to a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program. This program will guide you in leading and cultivating your team of financial professionals. Throughout your journey at New York Life, you will continuously have opportunities for advancement and promotion to higher levels of management. Compensation Structure When you begin with New York Life as a financial professional, your income will be commission-based. The salary range for an Associate Partner is $60,000–$150,000 (in California and Washington, the minimum salary is $66,560 and $67,725, respectively), plus you will be eligible for certain bonuses and other incentives based on the performance of agents in your unit, including additional compensation related to the agents you recruit and develop (“R&Ds”). R&Ds are additional compensation that is designed to increase your income and to reimburse you for any reasonable and necessary expenses we do not otherwise reimburse. You will also be eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, life, long-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment coverages, a pension plan, and a 401(k) savings plan.
