You’ll be responsible for setting our sales strategy and targets, cultivating our sales staff, evaluating their progress, and ensuring we hit our sales goals. Responsibilities: • Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals • Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement • Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals • As a candidate for the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll join New York Life as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, which typically take between 6-12 months, you’ll be eligible for promotion to Associate Partner • In this management role, you’ll begin recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, a six-month intensive training designed to help ensure that you succeed when promoted to Partner • You’ll build and lead your own team with the support of a Fortune 100 company. Our development managers and product consultants will support you in reaching your financial professionals with everything they need to know.
