Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a personalized strategy to enhance customer acquisition and broaden the market for financial products and services for participants enrolled in the Fast-Track to Partner Program in NJ. • Offer tailored financial guidance to program members in NJ, utilizing various financial solutions such as life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds. • Attain specific goals within a twelve-month timeframe to qualify for the Associate Partner Training Program in NJ. • Actively participate in the recruitment, training, mentoring, and guidance of a team of financial advisors as an Associate Partner within the NJ program. • Carry out Partner duties by training, empowering, and developing a team of sales professionals to capitalize on the benefits of being affiliated with a Fortune 100 company, competitive perks, growth opportunities, and eligibility for a fully funded pension plan in NJ.     $95,000-$125,000 per year
