Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a personalized strategy focused on enhancing customer acquisition and expanding the visibility of financial products and services tailored to individual client needs in the Fast-Track to Partner Program in NJ. • Utilize a range of financial solutions such as life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds to offer suitable financial advice to clients participating in the program. • Attain eligibility for the Associate Partner Training Program by meeting specific criteria within twelve months of joining the Fast-Track to Partner Program in NJ. • Actively participate in the recruitment, training, support, and endorsement of a team of financial advisors as an Associate Partner in the NJ program. • Fulfill responsibilities as a Partner by training, supporting, and expanding a network of sales professionals who can access the benefits of being associated with a Fortune 100 company, competitive benefits, opportunities for career advancement, and a fully funded pension plan upon meeting the eligibility criteria in NJ. Qualifications: • Applicants interested in the Fast-Track to Partner program in NJ should have prior experience in management, sales, or recruiting roles. • Holding a valid State License in Life and Health Insurance is advantageous for candidates applying for the program. • Desired qualifications for the Fast-Track to Partner program in NJ include possessing an SIE, a college degree, an MBA, and certifications such as Series 6/7/63/65, or 66. • The ideal candidate for the Fast-Track to Partner program in NJ should demonstrate leadership abilities, motivation, a goal-driven mindset, effective communication skills, integrity, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
