Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a customized strategy focused on boosting customer acquisition and expanding the exposure of financial products and services tailored to individual client requirements within the Fast-Track to Partner Program inNJ. • Employ a variety of financial solutions including life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds to provide appropriate financial guidance to program participants. • Achieve qualification for the Associate Partner Training Program by meeting specific benchmarks within twelve months of enrolling in the Fast-Track to Partner Program in NJ. • Actively engage in the recruitment, training, support, and endorsement of a team of financial advisors as an Associate Partner in the NJ program. • Carry out duties as a Partner by training, supporting, and expanding a network of sales professionals who can leverage the advantages of association with a Fortune 100 company, competitive benefits, opportunities for career growth, and a fully funded pension plan upon meeting eligibility criteria in NJ. Qualifications: • To be considered for the Fast-Track to Partner program in NJ, applicants should have previous experience in management, sales, or recruiting positions. • Holding an active State License in Life and Health Insurance is advantageous for candidates interested in the program in NJ. • The desired qualifications for the Fast-Track to Partner program in NJ, include having an SIE, a college degree, an MBA, and certifications like Series 6/7/63/65, or 66. • The ideal candidate for the Fast-Track to Partner program in NJ, should exhibit leadership qualities, motivation, a goal-oriented mindset, effective communication skills, integrity, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly
