    THE DAILY JOB

    • Actively working with and listening to each guest to provide them a professional and fun customer service experience that meets their needs.
    • Stay up to date on what services and products we offer and help educate our guests to help them have an optimal experience.
    • Frequently check on various areas of the building and work with a team to ensure items are stocked and all areas are sanitized, clean, and functional.
    • Accurately and efficiently operate a POS register which includes processing sales transactions, calculating costs and change
    • Practice frequent and positive communication with team members and leadership to clarify operational standards and expectations.
