Job Description
Fears Nachawati Law Firm is seeking a REMOTE Associate Attorney for our legal plan Transactional team. We are looking for a FLORIDA-LICENSED ATTORNEY with at least 2 years of experience. The position is geared toward helping clients with their legal issues over the phone. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to learn and advise on different areas of law and must possess excellent communication skills and customer service abilities. Attorneys on our Transactional team work with clients in providing detailed consultations on a range of matters including family law, criminal law, consumer law, estate planning, and contract law. The varied caseload allows our attorneys to develop a diversified practice with clients across a wide range of settings. Our firm has an energetic and outgoing team of attorneys and support staff and we place an emphasis on maintaining a positive and dynamic firm culture.
This position is excellent for a young attorney seeking experience, or a more seasoned attorney looking remote position with steady hours.
