    Feast & Fettle is seeking a CHIEF OF STAFF to support the CEO and the leadership team in driving continued optimization and growth.

    What will the Chief of Staff do?

    • Collaborate with the CEO to devise and execute the company's long-term strategic plan, which includes identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and assessing potential mergers and acquisitions.

    • Act as the CEO's key advisor on matters related to corporate development, such as fundraising, capital structure, and investor relations.

    • Oversee cross-functional projects in operations, product, marketing, and technology to ensure goal alignment and successful execution.

    • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, milestones, and budgets, guaranteeing the timely delivery of all projects and initiatives.

    • Drive results by establishing, monitoring, and analyzing company performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams to pinpoint and address areas for improvement.

    • Lead the development of financial models and analyses to support company OKRs and evaluate potential business opportunities, including acquisitions and partnerships.

    • Manage special projects and initiatives as needed.

    What does a strong applicant for this position have?

    • 5+ years of combined experience in investment banking, corporate development, management consulting, business intelligence, and/or project management. Start up experience preferred.

    • Exceptional Excel user, Tableau experience (or other BI reporting tool) highly preferred

    • Cohort analysis and retention modeling expertise

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

    • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the company's mission

    • Salary: It is Feast & Fettle’s standard hiring practice to provide clarity about compensation ranges for our open roles. However, given that we are excited to consider a wide range of experience levels and backgrounds in order to find the hire that best meets our needs for this role, we are avoiding limiting applicants by salary range and will hold substantive conversations with candidates about salary expectations for their intended value to the company.
