FED ADVISORS, INC. is seeking Insurance Agents - Federal Benefits Counselors to join our team! We support our agents with LEADS at no cost! 1ST YEAR INCOME POTENTIAL IS SIX FIGURES. WE ARE OFFERING A SIGN ON BONUS, SALARY PLUS COMMISSION! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Have 6-8 appointments per week with leads provided
• Conduct a benefits review with federal employees to improve their benefits package
• Build a relationship until they are ready to retire or separate from service
• Attend Monday Team Meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ACTIVE LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE is REQUIRED
• Experience selling life insurance and annuities inside the client's home (kitchen table presentation)
• Must have reliable transportation and comfortable in putting mileage on your personal vehicle
• Persistent with making numerous phone calls

COMPENSATION

• Commissions advanced in 3-5 days (Life Products Only)
• 1st Year Income Potential is SIX FIGURES + Monthly CASH Bonuses
• Commissions Fixed Indexed Annuities 30-45 days
• Together with your compensation, you will receive coaching, bonus, one-on-one mentoring, and generated leads

Our agents live off of the Life Insurance Commissions which are advanced in 3-5 days. Average agents have incomes over $110,000 year. Above average agents make over $250,000 a year. Average agent will sale 3 out 6 appointments. Above average agents are at 90% closing ratio. Agents also have the ability for rollovers as well which lead to a great income potential. We also supply our agents with leads at no cost weekly once an agent has cleared our probationary period.
