APB Logistics Inc. is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground that services the Western Gainesville and Tioga/Newberry areas. We are looking to hire Temporary / Seasonal delivery jumpers to assist delivery drivers working out of the FedEx Ocala based terminal during peak season. Responsibilities include helping to load packages onto delivery vehicles and assisting drivers with making deliveries on routes. Helpers may also verify paperwork via electronic device, use GPS and routing software. Helpers must also maintain a safe and clean work environment, work safely to prevent injury, and act in a professional manner at all times.

We are now accepting applications for Temporary / Seasonal Helper positions for immediate hire to run through approximately January 6, 2024. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team!

Weekend availability is required (Saturdays and some Sundays). Work hours start at 7:00am with typical end time around 4:00pm or 5:00pm. Terminal Location: 3100 NW 35th Ave Rd, Ocala, FL USA

This is a physical job and requires that the candidate be able to lift up to 50-lbs independently and maneuver up to 150-lbs with a hand-cart or dolly. The candidate must be able to get in and out of a large delivery vehicle multiple times throughout the day.

Must be able to pass a background check

Clean Motor Vehicle Record

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Physically able to lift up to 50-lbs independently

Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs with dolly

Physically be able to get into and out of delivery vehicle many times throughout day

Have dependable transportation

The ability to locate suburban addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must
