TOG GOV, one of the largest federal government distributors in the US, is looking to add an energetic and friendly inside sales/customer service expert to our talented team of professionals. With 3.6 million products on contract across all product verticals we support all federal, state and local government agencies with federal customers in over 80 countries.
This is an in-person position
Responsibilities –
In support of our high level of success and growth, it is important to us that we preserve the personalized customer service that we believe our clientele deserve. Unlike large companies that often forego the personal touch, we value this one-on-one contact with our customers. Therefore we are seeking someone who is a clear and concise communicator and who is ready to support mission critical projects for the United States Government.
Daily tasks will include:
Working with customers on the phone, via email, and through our online chat application to offer quick and accurate assistance with placing orders, providing order status and tracking, and completing quotes.
Completes daily data entry tasks, in which quick and accurate typing skills are a must.
Assisting with other tasks, as needed.
Requirements –
High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Must be eligible to obtain a federal clearance
Ex-Federal Government Procurement Officers encouraged to apply
