DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (PPC, GOOGLE ADS, SEO)

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time to assist us with PPC Campaign management and SEO. This position comes with tremendous potential for growth within the company. We have experienced explosive growth over the past few years as the leading exterior home remodeling company in the Midwest with multiple locations in Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa.

JOB SUMMARY:

This individual would be responsible for the day to day management of our PPC campaigns, specifically managing budgets, bids, optimization/testing and reporting. This individual would also be responsible for tasks related to SEO of our web sites. The person who will succeed in this role is someone who is driven to learn and has a genuine passion for digital marketing and continuous learning and improvement. An ideal candidate will have roughly 3+ years of work experience with PPC campaigns (Google Ads and Bing Ads), SEO, and related tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, enthusiastic, proactive, hard-working and willing to take their knowledge of digital marketing to the next level. This role will primarily focus on the following platforms and tools:

• PPC (PAY-PER-CLICK ADVERTISING)
• GOOGLE ADS
• BING ADS
• SEO (SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION)

The role will also provide good secondary exposure to the following aspects of digital marketing as well:

• EMAIL MARKETING
• SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
• COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

REQUIREMENTS

Here are our requirements for the Digital Marketing Specialist:

• 3+ Years of related work experience in Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization or related fields
• Experience with Google Ads is required;
  • Google Ads Certifications are preferred, but not required
  • Bing Ads experience is also preferred but not required
• Experience with Google Analytics is required;
  • Google Analytics Certifications are preferred, but not required
• You must have received a Marketing or Business-related Degree from a 4 year university
• You must love to learn new and interesting things
• You must want to be more than “average”
• You must be capable of expressing your thoughts and opinions in a clear and precise manner
• You must want to be successful and work within a team
• You should have some prior experience with Digital Marketing either at school or in a professional capacity
• You should have a basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how websites are built
• You should have a basic knowledge of Photoshop
