We are partnering with the Benedictine Sisters to hire a part-time Maintenance Worker ** in a small monastery/convent home environment in Bakerstown, PA (near Gibsonia, near Route 8, ** north of Pittsburgh)****

• This position is part-time (averaging 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into full-time).

Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance and perform scheduled repairs
• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Maintains grounds and outdoor areas including swimming pool
• Snow removal
• Following safety & health standards

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma preferred
• Past maintenance experience w/knowledge of building & construction
• Building system knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & water
• Ability to work independently, computer skills helpful
