Job Summary

We are seeking a Fence Install Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead the installation of vinyl, wood, chain link or aluminum fence. You will be supplied with all necessary tools, materials , truck, and fence installers necessary to complete the job. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to lead and train less experienced fence installers.

Responsibilities

Lead a crew of fence installers on the installation of wood, vinyl, chain link and aluminum fence

Work with customers to make sure the fence is being installed to their satisfaction

Drive company trucks to and from job sites

Load the truck with the necessary tools and equipment for each specific job

Qualifications

Experience in fencing is required

A valid Driver's license is required

Strong customer service skills are necessary

Strong management skills and the ability to train and develop fence installers

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods

Knowledge of industrial machinery is preferred

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
