Responsibilities: • The candidate needs to work on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. • Evaluate patient medical records, discuss symptoms, and pinpoint areas of concern. • Perform diagnostic tests to identify patient needs and create personalized treatment plans. • Provide acupuncture treatments using established techniques like cupping and electrical stimulation. • Prescribe herbal medicine. • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as necessary, and offer patient education and feedback. • Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment. • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems keep track of patient visits and progress. • Collaborate with the acupuncturist and admin team to provide optimal patient care and foster a positive and supportive workplace for each other. Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher education institution is required for this Acupuncturist position in Los Altos, CA, US. • The candidate must hold a valid California Acupuncturist Board license to be considered for this full-time role. • At least two years of professional experience as a licensed and practicing acupuncturist is a prerequisite. • Passion for women's health, fertility, and pain management is essential for this position. • Excellent writing, speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must-have. • The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and be available to work on Saturdays. • This acupuncturist role requires living within a 30-mile radius of the clinic in Los Altos, CA, US.
