Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat lawn care issues on residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to address recurring issues.
• Build strong client relationships by providing excellent service and clear communication about treatments and procedures.
• Ensure safety protocols are rigorously followed during all applications.
• Maintain licensing requirements and complete ongoing continuing education.
• Operate independently while contributing to team meetings and goals.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Hold a Missouri Department of Agriculture Commercial Applicator License.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in fertilization or lawn care applications.
• Driver's License: Valid and insurable by the company.
• Skills:
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands/arms.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

Work Schedule

• Full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
