Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat lawn care issues on residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to address recurring issues.
- Build strong client relationships by providing excellent service and clear communication about treatments and procedures.
- Ensure safety protocols are rigorously followed during all applications.
- Maintain licensing requirements and complete ongoing continuing education.
- Operate independently while contributing to team meetings and goals.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Hold a Missouri Department of Agriculture Commercial Applicator License.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in fertilization or lawn care applications.
- Driver's License: Valid and insurable by the company.
- Skills:
- High attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands/arms.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Work Schedule
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
