Key Responsibilities:

Pull, install, and secure fiber optic cables in outdoor environments.

Work with team members to route cables through conduits, poles, and underground systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions.

Use hand and power tools to complete installations safely and effectively.

Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it’s in proper working order.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Potential for fiber splicing opportunities

Qualifications:

Prior experience in cable pulling, construction, or telecommunications preferred (training provided for the right candidate).

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.

Comfortable working in confined spaces and in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
