    __RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform fiberglass-finishing tasks, including sanding, buffing, and masking parts before painting.
    • Touch-up and repair fiberglass surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Remove masking materials and inspect work for any imperfections.
    • Buff and polish parts to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
    • Assist with additional tasks as directed by management.
    • Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

    **QUAIFICATIONS: **

    We are seeking a Fiberglass Finishing Specialist with the following-

    • ****Must have hands-on working experience with fiberglass finishing, preferably in autobody shops or marine repair shops. Skills in sanding, filling, and surface preparation are essential.
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Able to read and follow written instructions. Familiarity with tools and techniques for sanding, buffing, and filling.
    • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Must have good hand-eye coordination and be comfortable with sustained physical work.
    • Must have good close vision and peripheral vision to ensure quality work.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
