FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Fidelity takes pride in providing title insurance, underwriting, escrow and closing services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients, lenders, developers, attorneys, real estate professionals and consumers.

Fidelity National Title is seeking college or graduate-level students in various locations throughout the valley to hold a temporary summer internship position within the company. The Intern will gain hands-on experience performing a variety of roles to provide an exciting and rewarding experience involving real estate services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Intern will provide support during the opening, maintaining, and closing of escrow accounts. He/she will assist escrow officers by creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and records, and providing services to clients pertaining to the sale or refinance of real estate. Answering phones and helping customers. This person must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment and be able to work under minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

· Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting major

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Aptitude for mathematics

· Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles

· Attention to detail

· Ability to multitask

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Able to prioritize workflow and good communication skills.
• Will work as part of a team to provide administrative support to escrow staff
• Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities. Specifically, must be able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast pace heavy workload environment.

SCHEDULE/DURATION

· The Internship Program is a full time 10/12-week temporary summer program.
