Responsibilities: • Actively sell community solar and third-party energy solutions through direct interactions with customers in designated territories. • Manage and grow your portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and that they understand the benefits of our green energy solutions. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and recommendations. • Identify and close new business opportunities by upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing accounts. • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. • Educate customers on the benefits of switching to sustainable energy options to help them save on energy costs. • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Qualifications: • Sales-driven: A proven track record of success in sales, with a passion for closing deals and building customer relationships. • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present the value of our services and effectively engage with customers. • Self-motivated & Goal-Oriented: Highly driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to client management. • Customer-focused: Committed to delivering excellent service and building lasting client relationships. • Previous Sales Experience: 2+ years in sales, account management, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
