Our site operation is a natural extension of our factory assembly line and has unique opportunities to develop remote assembly processes. As we continue to expand operations, Veev's field construction division is seeking a skilled finish type worker to help finish our homes in the field. ****

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to perform interior finish work such as floors, cabinets and countertops.
• Work in a manner that supports the company's customer service goals.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality
• Complete tasks in an organized, methodical, and clean manner
• Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on a given task
• Follow all company policies, safety rules and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Assemble items as instructed
• Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually or machine-assisted

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED - Required
• 1-3 years of proven experience in construction or carpentry experience
• Meticulous attention to detail to follow precise plans. Must know how to read plans and translate into actual plans and work.
• Measuring skills to take accurate, precise measurements of materials to follow shop drawings
• Work with a variety of tools and equipment
• Must be able to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and stand for long periods of time
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Written and verbal communication in English
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with the final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $ 30.00 to $35.00- Per hour for Hayward, CA, and surrounding areas.
