    Job Description

    Freshworks is seeking a Senior Manager, AMER Event Field Marketing to lead and execute
    large-scale, impactful events across the Americas region. This role will oversee the end-to-end
    planning, execution, and optimization of both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) events,
    spanning tier 1 and tier 2 categories. As a key member of the marketing team, you will manage
    event budgets, forecast needs, and ensure seamless execution across multiple different
    business units. This role requires a strategic thinker, a high degree of attention to detail and
    hands-on professional with a proven background in B2B scale event management and a
    willingness to travel for events.

    Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in Bellevue, WA and requires an in-office presence three days per week.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute tier 1 and tier 2 1P and 3P events across the Americas, including all logistical and strategic aspects from concept through completion.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing impact. Track expenses and maintain accuracy in reporting.
    • Forecasting & Reporting: Forecast event needs, resources, and potential outcomes. Regularly report on key metrics and performance to optimize future event planning.
    • End-to-End Event Management: Lead all aspects of event production, including pre-event planning, onsite coordination, and post-event follow-up. Ensure alignment with Freshworks’ brand, goals, and objectives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure events support broader business objectives.
    • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors, venues, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism at all events.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equal related work experience.
    • 7-10 years of experience in event marketing, with a focus on large-scale B2B events.
    • Proven track record of executing end-to-end events in the Americas region.
    • Strong experience in budget management, expense tracking, and financial forecasting.
    • Willingness to travel as required for event execution.
    • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in the SaaS or technology sector.
    • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive event improvements.
    • Familiarity with event management software and CRM tools.
    • Experience in Employee experience and ITSM persona a bonus!

    Additional Information

    Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).

    This role is based in the Seattle Metro Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus

    Compensation Package

    $149,600-$215,050 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
