We are looking for an energetic and engaging Field Marketing Rep who love cannabis to help us promote our portfolio of products. If you have a knack for connecting with a variety of people and the ability to encourage them to try new things, we want to talk to you!
This role focuses on enabling robust sell-through for our full portfolio of products by understanding and educating others on the unique value and benefits of our amazing products.
Only candidates that reside in Queens or Long Island will be considered. You MUST have your own vehicle. This is not a commission based role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to understand sales strategy/goals and related field marketing activities
- Make a plan each week to fulfill field marketing objectives including:
- Demos/Events (optimized for time frames that have maximum foot traffic)
- Invite product trial and sampling
- Merchandising Assistance
- Communication Outreach
- Misc Marketing Activities
- Utilize social media in an authentic and professional way to engage and influence consumers
- Educate budtenders and consumers on the unique value proposition for products
- Identify opportunities to further our education efforts and submit plans to help achieve education goals
- Seek new ways to engage with customers and budtenders
- Understand sales/business priorities and help with sell through related to these objectives by establishing and executing designated tactics
- Cultivate successful and respectful relationships with buyers, managers, budtenders and customers
- Help organize and activate events
- Participate in outreach to engage and connect with potential customers
- Be the champion of our company, mission, brands and products
- Come to the table with a variety of solutions to problems
- Support planning and coordination with key sales leaders, marketing, product and operations to help create and deliver consumer unique experiences
- Drive/travel throughout the assigned territory
- Flexible and open to working a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Education and Experience:
- HS Graduate
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Cannabis knowledge and experience preferred
- Able to take direction
- Proactive approach to learning about customer needs/wants and collaborating to deliver desired service/products
Physical Requirements:
- Clear speech and hearing to communicate
- Clear vision
- Able to drive up to 8 hours a day
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Clear DMV record
- Able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Able to lift, stretch, twist, turn, grasp, release
