    Field Marketing Specialist

    Job Overview

    The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, member acquisition, and retention for Orangetheory Fitness. This role will focus on building and nurturing B-to-B partnerships, managing events, and supporting individual studios in their outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, results-driven, and has a deep understanding of local marketing tactics. Reports to Chief Marketing Officer.

    Job Responsibilities

    Implement and track community tactics to generate leads, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies

    Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses and organizations to boost brand visibility and membership growth

    Negotiate and manager partnership agreements, ensuring long term, mutually beneficial relationships

    Collaborate with corporate and regional partners to plan, coordinate, and execute local events, enhancing brand awareness and member engagement

    Support studio teams in hosting events, fitness challenges, and member appreciation activities, handling logistics to ensure smooth execution

    Provide guidance, training, and resources to studios for local outreach and marketing efforts aligning with regional and national campaigns

    Assist in amplifying local promotions and member success stories through targeted outreach and marketing campaigns

    Maintain strong communication with franchisees, studio managers, and the central marketing team to tailor support and align strategies

    Track, analyze, and report on the performance of local marketing initiatives, partnerships and events, offering insights for continuous improvement

    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing tactics to keep Orangetheory Fitness competitive

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    5+ years of experience in field marketing, local marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the fitness, health, or lifestyle industries.

    Proven experience in B-to-B partnership development and event management.

    Strong understanding of local marketing tactics and community engagement strategies.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience supporting or managing multi-location marketing efforts is a plus.

    Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
