Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Nurse - Eastern Long Island - Home Care Division - SIGN ON BONUS - $5,000.
In this role, the successful candidate provides safe quality therapeutic age appropriate nursing care using evidence-based practice; uses clinical expertise in assessment, clinical decision-making, clinical practice and patient education. The nurse coordinates the care provided with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimum patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a current Registered Professional Nurse in New York. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association required. Fluent written and spoken English language skills. 1 2 years Acute care facility OR Home Health Hospice and Long Term Home Health Care Program. Excellent communication both oral and written interpersonal customer service skills. Critical thinking skills. Working knowledge of Computers.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $104,685.60 - $129,435.60 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
