We are a growing Northern Michigan vacation rental management company seeking multi-talented part-time seasonal associates for the Summer of 2025!

You are independent and resourceful, but you feed off the energy of a great team of people who love what they do, and expect a lot from each other. You have no problem following the systems and protocols in place, and don't mind sharing ideas of better ways of doing things.
The biggest part of the job is performing final on-site inspections of our beautiful properties prior to guests arrival. Using our checklist-app, you make sure everything is perfect.
Duties/Responsibilities: Inspect
Conduct final on-site inspections of properties, after they are cleaned, to ensure they are guest-ready.
Writing a custom note, displaying GSM info welcome packet
Perform touch-ups as needed and maintain property cleanliness - Dusting, lint rolling, etc
Follow checklists for requirements and items to inspect
Stocking necessary supplies for cleaners and guests (e.g., wine, paper products, consumables)
Anticipate guests' needs and prepare the unit accordingly
Maintain
Minor Maintenance (tightening hinges, knobs, change lightbulbs)
Hot tubs - general checks
Some Snow removal
Wash linens when needed
General troubleshooting
Report
Report any damages, missing items, or potential issues promptly.
Non functioning appliances, utilities, etc

DESIRED HARD SKILLS
Proficiency in basic office software platforms like Outlook, Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Bonus: Prior experience with rental platforms and associated property management software/processes

JOB DETAILS
Part-time seasonal position: approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Number of hours can be flexible depending on your schedule. But typically must be available
11am - 4pm on working days
Exceptional work performance can lead to a year round position, and increased hours.
$18 per hour starting wage
Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel with a personal vehicle.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years or older.
Reliable transportation and Valid drivers license required
Most days will include driving from property to property.
Some weekend availability is expected
High School diploma or GED is required
Some higher education preferred, but not required
Professional References Required
Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
