    Project Field Engineering Manager – Blue Ammonia Project (Houston, TX)

    Overview:
    We are seeking a Project Field Engineering Manager to support the FEED phase of a major Blue Ammonia project based in Louisiana, with the role stationed in Houston, TX. This position requires an experienced engineering leader with at least 15 years of experience in large-scale onshore projects. The role blends the traits of an Engineering Manager, Field Engineering Manager, and Project Technical Manager, ensuring technical excellence, constructability, and seamless project execution. The selected candidate will play a key role in setting the foundation for a potential full EPCI scope.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and coordinate engineering activities during the FEED phase, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with project requirements.
    • Provide field engineering oversight, ensuring constructability and seamless transition into execution phases.
    • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize engineering solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
    • Support project execution strategies, working closely with multi-discipline teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.

    Qualifications:

    • 15+ years of experience in engineering roles for large onshore industrial projects.
    • Strong background in FEED and EPC/EPCI project phases.
    • Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and field operations.
    • Expertise in constructability, risk assessment, and project execution planning.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
