You will also play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve high performance and meet company sales goals. • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach, increase sales, and maximize revenue. • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the team’s performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure success. • Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training, support, and motivation to sales reps to help them improve their skills and close deals. • Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and report on the team’s progress and performance to senior management. • Customer Engagement: Assist sales representatives in handling complex client relationships, closing deals, and resolving any customer concerns. • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and deliver outstanding results. Qualifications: • Proven Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in direct sales or a related field. • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth. • Strong Communication & Coaching Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team while providing constructive feedback and guidance. • Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve growth. • Customer-Focused: Committed to delivering excellent service and helping your team build strong client relationships. • Passion for Green Energy: Enthusiasm for promoting sustainable solutions and making a positive environmental impact.
