As a Sales Manager at Four Star Homes on the east coast of Florida, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our team of over 100 remote agents across Florida. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, providing on-the-ground leadership, and ensuring that our agents have the tools and support they need to succeed. Candidates must be willing to travel locally. Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and support a team of remote sales agents • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets • Provide on-the-ground leadership, including site visits and face-to-face support • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching as needed • Collaborate with other Sales Managers and company leadership to drive overall sales growth • Ensure agents have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles • Foster a positive and productive team culture aligned with Four Star Homes' values and principles Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or a related field • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Analyze sales data and develop effective strategies • Self-motivated and results-driven • Willingness to travel within the assigned region is a must • Familiarity with the manufactured home market is a plus but not required Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
