Four Star Homes, a leading provider of professional mobile home sales services in Central Florida, is seeking talented Sales Managers to join our growing team. With over 40 years of experience and a commitment to excellence, we are dedicated to building lifelong relationships with our clients and customers. As a Sales Manager at Four Star Homes in Orlando, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our team of over 100 remote agents across Florida. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, providing on-the-ground leadership, and ensuring that our agents have the tools and support they need to succeed. Why Join Four Star Homes? • We are responsible for 1 out of 10 manufactured home resales in Florida • We sold nearly 2,000 properties last year • We sell a home every 6 hours on average • We list a home for sale every 4 hours on average • We hosted more than 1,500 open houses last year • We offer a supportive and collaborative team environment Compensation: • Base Salary: $50,000 • Expected yearly earnings: $100,000 • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and support a team of remote sales agents • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets • Provide on-the-ground leadership, including site visits and face-to-face support • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching as needed • Collaborate with other Sales Managers and company leadership to drive overall sales growth • Ensure agents have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles • Foster a positive and productive team culture aligned with Four Star Homes' values and principles Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or a related field • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies • Self-motivated and results-driven • Willingness to travel within the assigned region is a must • Familiarity with the mobile home market is a plus but not required Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
