The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can initiate innovative strategies to boost new sales. This role requires someone who can start strong, consistently surpass profit margins, and meet revenue goals. Our desired Sales Professional should be confident, possess top-notch communication abilities, and excel at maintaining current customer connections while actively pursuing new opportunities through references and networking. Responsibilities: • Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads Qualifications: • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales preferred but not required • Ability to work independently and manage your own time • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals Compensation: $80,000+ at Plan Commission
